ARVAND-KENAR Hospital is one of the largest specialized and subspecialized hospital in KHOZESTAN province of Iran. This hospital is a complementary health service provider in ABADAN university of medical sciences chain of hospitals. The phase 1 of hospital has 32 licensed beds, surgery room, pre-surgery and post-surgery care beds. ARMANIK was responsible for the engineering, supply and commissioning of the hygienic roof top packaged unit as follows :

Scope of work
ARMANIK’s scope of work for the above project comprised:
The double cooling circuit with scroll compressors equipped with frequency inverter control for condenser’s fan , is able to adapt at different thermal loads, optimizing the operating of the hygienic roof top packaged unit and guaranteeing the longevity of the components also in intensive use(H24/365)
3 step electrical heating coil with thyristor controllers in order to energy efficiency
Pre-contract
Co-writing technical specifications and implementing and calculating of load the HVAC system within the building and process design, site visit and general arrangement.
Post-contract
Complete design and engineering of the HVAC systems, followed by delivery, installation, commissioning, SAT activities.
Hospital was constructed under supervision ABADAN university of medical sciences in ABADAN province of Iran .
Scope of supply
Among several smaller items of equipment, the following main equipment was supplied.
1 x Hygienic Roof Top Packaged Unit with control panel and monitoring (42kw actual cooling capacity / 27 kw heating capacity)
