Kimia Kala Company was established in 1998. This collection for the needs of the market and aimed at promoting the printing industry in the production of various types of aluminum foil wrapping in 2007 using the technology of the day and the efforts of experts specializing in setting up and now the company is able to produce all kinds of products that can be used in food packaging, dairy and pharmaceutical (single layer and multilayer) in rolls and punches with Flexo and Heliogravure printing capabilities. ARMANIK was responsible for the engineering, supply and commissioning of the hygienic roof top packaged unit as follows :

ARMANIK’s scope of work for the above project comprised:

The double cooling circuit with scroll compressors equipped with step control for condenser’s fan , is able to adapt at different thermal loads, optimizing the operating of the hygienic roof top packaged unit and guaranteeing the longevity of the components also in intensive use(H24/365) & ducting layout and all related duct work regarding to GMP regulations.

2 step electrical heating coil with thyristor controllers in order to energy efficiency

Pre-contract

Co-writing technical specifications and implementing and calculating of load the HVAC system within the building and process design, site visit and general arrangement.

Post-contract

Complete design and engineering of the HVAC systems, followed by delivery, installation, commissioning, SAT activities.

Factory was constructed under supervision Kimia kala engineering team in TEHRAN province of Iran .

Scope of supply

1 x Hygienic Roof Top Packaged Unit  with control panel and monitoring (25kw actual cooling capacity / 27 kw heating capacity)

Pre fabricated insulation duct , copper pipe & insulations.
