Marine Type Air Treatment Unit .
Structure:
The double skin Air treatment unit is produced with a bearing frame of galvanized metal sheet (SS-316 is available as option) painted with epoxy powders, fixing small parts in corrosion resistant galvanized steel. Galvanized sheet steel metal sheet painted with epoxy powders closure plugging for all compartment, Chassis is produced by standard U channel and painted with epoxy powders. All the structure fixed by stainless steel 316L screw. Predefined holes in the support structure allow the installation of anti-vibration mounts.

ü 70 kg/m³ rock wool insulation
ü Epoxy powder coating for all the metal structure applied as follows:

First layer (Primer): Zinc phosphate 60 -80 μm

Second layer (Intermediate): MIO primer 150 -200 μm

Third layer (Top coat): polyurethane 75 -90 μm

Total minimum dry film thickness: 285 μm 7035 Light Grey
ü Corrosion resistant parts guarantee for all the fixing small parts

ü Predefined Anti Vibrating Holes to install correctly the anti-vibrating kit
ü At least 3 access door with hinge
ü Air flow switch install on device for ensuring of air flow through of heat exchanger
ü Fresh, return and supply aluminum damper with linkage
ü Lifting bolt for hanging and hooking install on machine’s chassis
ü Predefined Anti Vibrating Holes to install correctly the anti-vibrating kit
ü Differential pressure switch for checking the filter dirties.
ü Marine window at fan box with light and switch 220 volt.
Cooling Coil:
ü The cooling heat exchanger is DX (direct expansion) type or water fin tube and produced with a bearing frame of stainless steel 316L metal sheet.
ü Drain pan is produced by stainless steel 316L metal sheet
ü Geometry of coil is Pt38 .
ü 5/8" OD, copper tubes bounded to hydrophilic blue fin.
ü Fin thickness: 0.15 mm and fins step min: 2 mm.
ü Max face velocity on heat exchanger is 2.5 m/s = 500 Fpm
Heating Coil:
ü The heating coil is electrical heater type(standard) or hot water/steam(option) fin tube and produced with a bearing frame of stainless steel 316L metal sheet.
ü The heater is designed to operate on three phase alternating current.
ü The heater is equipped with, at least, two overheating cut-outs (of which one is manual reset), to prevent overheating when the airflow is too low or in case of a fault in the system.
ü The heater has a built in manual reset thermal protection with the reset button placed on the lid.
ü The heater has a built-in thruster control.
ü Max face velocity on heat exchanger is 2.5 m/s = 500 Fpm
ü Spiral Fin also is available
Centrifugal Fan:
To ensure correct operation and to overcome the total pressure drop air treatment is equipped with backward curved and single width single inlet direct driven plenum fan according to marine type applications.
ü Continuously welded and painted steel impeller with 10 Airfoil blades (size 12’’ to 55’’) or welded aluminum impeller (sizes 12’’ and 25’’)
ü Rotating diffuser impeller design on all the sizes.
ü All impellers are statically and dynamically balanced to a grade of G=2.5
ü Galvanized or painted inlet cones designed for optimal airflow through the impeller
ü The Spiro duct or square duct can be connected directly to the sections for easy installation.
Silencers:
The silencers are covered with fiberglass and perforated metal sheet preventing abrasion and
static loading.
Droplet separators:
Droplet separators are removable for cleaning, mounted in extractable stainless steel frames and have conductive
aluminum profiles.
Dampers:
Dampers with blades, mounted in brass bearings. The grounded blades are interconnected with gear wheels or outside levers. As a standard, the dampers meet Tightness Class 1 to 4
